Bacon-wrapped, bacon-wrapped bay scallops, bacon-wrapped asparagus, bacon wrapped meatloaf and bacon-wrapped parmesan potatoes are great! So many great recipes there.

We love bacon and have discovered the best way to cook it is in the oven.
1. Fill a foil lined sheet pan with one layer of bacon.
2. Place pan in a COLD oven and set temp to 400 degrees.
3. Set timer for 20 minutes, remove pan and enjoy.
The best bacon in the world comes from Benton's Country Hams in Madisonville, Tennessee.

For some reason, I’m always conflicted when I eat bacon. I LOVE it but pigs are very intelligent animals and there is an undercurrent of guilt when I eat it. Also not pleased with the abuse they undertake on most of the farms that process them.
