That may indeed be true, and it is a matter of degree. After all, who really minds if a young girl gets a little tattoo on her ankle, or a guy gets something on his deltoid?
But people who cover large, exposed parts of their bodies make a choice, and it is my right to judge them for the choices they make.
And I judge people negatively who have large parts of their bodies covered with tattoos. My opinion may certainly change when I interact with them, but in the absence of that, I reserve the right to reach certain negative conclusions about them based on their physical appearance.
I don't judge people who are unattractive. I don't judge people based on their race or sex. I don't judge people based on what God has given them.
But I do judge people based on what they intentionally do to what God has given them.
Just because a person has tats doesn’t make them a bad or nasty person...I know some really nice people who have them... Being that as it may, it doesn’t mean that I have to like the tats...
They are ALL THEIR CHOICE, so are totally fair game for judgement.
Just as we can judge how they dress.
The good thing about dress is one can change that completely, easily.
