I would never use the term "lazy" to describe Obama. He was anything but.
He spent every minute of eight years in office ensuring that his loyalists are placed in every government position throughout every office in DC, from the janitor sweeping the floors, to the managers making hiring decisions, and all the way to the top.
Most of these unelected bureaucrats are still in place doing what they can to hobble the Trump Administration at every step.

You are 100% correct. But...I meant in serving the American people, all of them. Obama did zero, absolutely nothing to assist or further advance African-Americans. His purpose was to destroy the American military, the nation Republic and all the American people. Worst POTUS in the history of the USA!!!
