Could serve as a nice little scientific preserve to study long term effects of inbreeding.

That's why we have Arkansas

Their reputation is probably earned.

In Sherlock Holmes’ story “The Sign Of Four”, Tonga an Andaman Islander is portrayed as a vicious little bastard who tries to kill Holmes with a blow pipe.

I remember reading a book about Pitcairn Island, which seemed to indicate that there were some issues but not nearly what you’d expect.

After all of these years I would imagine they are inbreed.

Despite its isolation, in 2016, North Sentinel island produced 10,000 votes for Hillary Clinton.

Probably a major base for the aliens there.

If this bunch is so isolated, where did they get the gun and ammo ? How did they figure out what the big metal stick did ?

You wonder how long it will take genetic mutation and inbreeding to render the tribe with less and less survivors. I say...leave them alone...and if signs show painful mutation related death and severe birth defects...maybe some contact and outbreeding may help. Otherwise leave em alone.
