If the Marie Stopes Clinic is committing abortions "for" the NHS I'm confident they're paid by the NHS.

So it wouldn't cost this murderous mother more, but it would cost the NHS more. The Stopes clinic could be motivated by the desire to expand their income at NHS's expense.
