FULL TITLE: Mom pleads guilty in newborns death; Prosecutors say baby was killed moments after birth, discovered two years later
Vanessa Danielle Poteat pleaded guilty to the second-degree murder of her newborn son in a bathtub moments after his birth in 2014, Danville prosecutors confirmed Wednesday.
Originally charged with first-degree murder, the 26-year-old Poteat, of Ringgold, was to have a two-day trial beginning Tuesday, court records show. But she entered into a plea agreement for a reduced sentence with the Danville Commonwealths Attorneys Office.
The plea agreement called for a sentence that was in between the sentencing guidelines, Danville Deputy Commonwealths Attorney Petra Haskins said. So the least amount of time she can get is 12 years and nine months.

Alright. So...like...the baby isn’t a person in a late term abortion, but is viable outside the uterus. But it isn’t a person. So it’s not murder. However this is murder...the difference being- what? Oh the baby is a person. At what time exactly do our corrupt, abortion pushing authorities state personhood is determined?
When we the people decide to pull our collective heads out and go with the Creator’s determination of that, which is at conception, then we can stop the mass murder and meanwhile get back in His grace.
Prayers up for all of the vulnerable children.
Never let this subhuman breed again!

I was reading about a mother Orca who after 16 days still refuses to accept the death of her baby. It occurred to me that very often animals are much better parents than some humans.
The fiercest wolf mother knows, "Don't harm the pups."
I’m glad I’m so old I don’t know what Pokemon is, sounds like Jamaican porno flick
Isn’t sad? My heart breaks for the little ones who will never grow up. And my heart breaks for the Orca who shows more humanity than many humans.
