A bunch of MBA's from America's top-tier institutions being led around by the nose by a bunch of guys who would not have gotten out of eighth-grade were it not for somebody's overwhelming lust to win a trophy. It is quite remarkable.

They are just doing it for attention. They have nothing to protest, and they don’t realize this only draws attention to their ignorance.
