Chelsea Clinton will be back in the spotlight Saturday during a pro-abortion rally opposing U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The Washington Examiner reports Clinton confirmed she is a speaker at the “Rise Up for Roe” rally in New York City. Organizers include Planned Parenthood, NARAL and Demand Justice Initiative.
Like her mother and father, Chelsea Clinton has been a strong advocate for abortion on demand. While campaigning for her mother in 2016, she defended the abortion giant Planned Parenthood, claiming, “We need to do everything we can to protect it.” The Clintons championed the radical pro-abortion positions that abortions should be taxpayer-funded and readily available for any reason a woman wants through all nine months of pregnancy.
The Saturday event will kick off a 10-city tour that advertises itself to be an “uncensored, no-holds-barred live show” to “talk about the very real threat #Kavanaugh poses to abortion rights.”
Other featured speakers include actress Alyssa Milano, U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, and prominent abortion activists.
The pro-abortion lobby is working hard and spending big to prevent President Donald Trump from appointing a second conservative justice to the Supreme Court.
Last week, The Hill reported Planned Parenthood plans to spend six figures on ads trashing Kavanaugh. That is in addition to its $30 million mid-term election budget.
Abortion activists fear and pro-life advocates hope Kavanaugh could be the fifth and deciding vote on the U.S. Supreme Court that would repeal Roe v. Wade and begin to restore protections for unborn babies.
Pro-abortion groups also are heavily lobbying swing-vote senators in the narrow Republican-majority Senate, including pro-abortion Republican Sens. Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins and moderately pro-life Democrat Sens. Joe Manchin and Joe Donnelly.
A federal judge, Kavanaugh has served on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for D.C. for more than a decade, where he developed an extensive record of protecting religious liberty and upholding restrictions on abortion. Pro-life leaders believe he would do the same on the U.S. Supreme Court.
National pro-life leaders have expressed high hopes for Kavanaugh and the future of unborn babies’ rights.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said they will vote on his confirmation prior to the midterm elections.
These DemonRATs know that if they goad Brett Kavanaugh into defying his stand on abortion it will disqualify him from consideration for SCOTUS. You cannot announce how you will give judgement on a case. No judge can. So, they blast him as a Right to Lifer, raising the volume until the electorate believes it would be a huge mistake to elect a Republican in the midterms. Such Republicans will guarantee a Kavanaugh nomination. In the meantime, Kavanaugh cannot defend himself and the Left knows it.
We need to get out the Republican vote November 6th. It is coming fast upon us. If you see the deviousness of the Left here, imagine when they take over Congress.
Note that all these big-mouthed Marxist who support abortion are already born. I wonder if she would have supported her mother’s abortion of her.
That’s what I always ask when pro aborts have kids. I wonder what their kids will think when they grow up enough to understand that they were only one doctor’s visit away from not growing up.
