Microsoft Azure, the web hosting provider for Gab, has given the company 48 hours to delete some anti-Semitic posts or face a Big Tech shut-down. Gab is a Twitter alternative that claims to protect the right to free speech.

I went over to GAB a few months ago, signed up, created name etc.
Then I started reading the conversations and honestly I was taken aback by what I saw. I understand that they have made a point not to sensor in any way, but there was a lot of ugly racist talk going on. Like some of the worst vitriol against blacks I have seen. It could be that liberals are signing on and making racist statements and jokes just to make conservatives look bad, but it was hard to Wade through.
I haven’t been back. I probably should retry to see if it’s gotten better.

Gab had no censorship. Obviously this was not acceptable to the leftist nazis, who discovered that they could shut down a website by getting after the ISP.
This complaint is nothing but an excuse to shut Gab down.
There is NO freedom of speech in the USA.
Same with me. Great new platform, etc. Then the antisemitism started...it was way over the top. I quit it fairly quickly after complaining and having free speech thrown in my face. I discovered I do have a choice and a say in this...I didn’t go back. I don’t do Twitter for the same reason. If I want to deal with such a medium, I could go roll around at the local garbage dump and come up smelling the same.
The posts must not have been made by Muslims - because in that case it would have been OK.

We need a conservative place in the cloud and a conservative ISP.
I suspect a lot of the nastiness seen on Gab right now is being done by the left specifically to ‘prove’ a conservative version of Twitter cannot exist. RESIST!
