Once again, you are merely providing opportunity for parroted Catholic polemics to be exposed as spurious, and the the fallacy of isolationist eisegesis.

Actually it is an opportunity for one to accept, as a little child, the words of the Messiah, even when they are not clear at the time, just like in the passage. There was alot of murmuring going on, and not only then, but also in the wilderness when the manna was given (which seques to the passage in Hebrews)

Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it? When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you? What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before? It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him. And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

...

Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

John, Catholic chapter six, Protestant verses sixty to sixty six ,
Hebrews, Catholic chapter three, Protestant verses seven to nineteen ,
as authorized, but not authored, by King James

You simply have no argument and are wasting my time with your compelled wresting of Scripture and refuted parroted polemics on a dead thread . Bye to such.

In THE TUDORS why did Thomas Boleyn make the statement to Chapuys that he did not believe “What apostles? I don’t believe Christ had apostles. Not even St. Peter. Those men were all liars and charlatans who pretended to follow Christ and speak in his name. And they built a church upon their lies?” Was this was the followers of Martin Luther believed?
