Yes, she should be prosecuted, but we don’t have a real Attorney General.

It was just revealed that she also now claims that Trump had prior knowledge of the WikiLeaks DNC emails, exactly what she would be alleging if Special Counsel Robert Mueller were coaching her performance... a very distinct possibility.

Well, if we had a real Attorney General instead of the useless POS who’s in the position at the moment, that would happen.

Counting down until the Q idiots show up saying, “Trust Sessions. Trust the plan.

Yep. Imagine if Omarosa had been working for DOJ or the FBI.
And recording Rosenweasel’s or Comey’s conversations.
Do we think she would just be fired?
Or fired and sent to jail?
I’m guessing the latter.

There are MANY that should be behind bars by now, but continue to walk free. There is a different set of laws for the elites, and that is an issue.

I agree on its face. And that is why something seems so fishy about how passive everyone in the Trump administration is to all these serious crimes being committed. There is a theory that this is all staged in order to keep the MSM busy while cases are being built against bad actors.

Either that is the situation or else we have one of the most ineffective DOJ’s in the history of our nation.

the campaign is suing for violation of a campaign NDA that still covers her. That’s the peanuts of the story.

What the JD does about recording WH conversations, is another story. Clapper (!) even came out today with a condemning statement. A security-protocol precedent has been blatantly challenged and it will have to be responded to definitively. There will be more to this legally speaking.

I’d say put her in the public stocks with a truck full of tomatoes but she’d enjoy being in the spotlight too much.

Think about it...

They started to go after Hope Hicks etc etc and they all left because the lawyer-ing up cost them a fortune and they also couldn't speak about anything.

If they sue Omarosa, she has to watch what she says in public, it maybe used against her, and it is going to cost her $, that drain could help make her go away, she doesn't have deep pockets. Brilliant IMHO, the left pulls this crap on us all the time, turn about it fair play...

She’s got two choices:

She can claim she made the recordings, thus violating National Security law (and be guilty of a felony) since recording in a SCIF or a Secure Area (which the White House certainly is) violates the law, OR

Give up the players who actually broke the law.

There is no third option.

I agree and think that Omarosa feels she needs to stir things up when there is nothing to stir. jmho

She should be ignored. We knew what she was on reality TV. We knew what she was when she was in the White House. We knew what she would do with every flip flop she has ever done.

Ignore her. Focus on important things. Move on.
