Again random OPINIONS from Establishment Media like NEWSWEAK and random photo saying this is “Q” at best does not qualify Inspector Clouseau. Everything else is just opinion. You would be laughed out of a court and the judge would explain to you that hearsay is not evidence or some random photo.

This is a developing story.
I posted the Twitter links only so those who were interested had a source to follow, as more info comes out.
There is a lot more to the story, from what I learned on a periscope broadcast this evening; but that broadcast would not be easy to post here in context (hours long, and covers other subjects).
Therefore, I linked to the one source whom I know to be reliable, and who is not prone to exaggeration or post information of which he is not certain.
