THis is a cliche’d meme lately online— “Millenials killed...” Writers suffering a poverty of ideas will pick up on it-- Millenials killed napkins. Millenials killed neckties. Millenials killed whatever is being replaced by something cheaper easier or more disposable.

Mostly just stuff the previous generations figured out early but no one bothered to notice or care about.
