The city on Wednesday announced plans to build four new lockups so it can close Rikers Island — and is trying to sell neighbors on the idea by adding perks like stores, parking lots, community facilities and even affordable housing.

It's the new dummocrap targeted demographic: criminals. Cuomo is busy up in Albany changing the law to allow convicted felons to vote and registering criminals in jail to vote. Gee, ya think criminals would vote conservative? They're not very bright to begin with, or they wouldn't have chosen crime for a career and then gotten caught and jailed. Perfect fool to take dummocrap baloney to heart and avidly vote for all that free stuff and elimination of penalties for crimes. Now DeDumblASSio wants to build beautiful state-of-the-art facilities---to house CRIMINALS. Never mind our seniors living in decrepit housing, never mind vets who served their country living in substandard housing, and never mind students sitting in crumbling classrooms. Nooooo---the CRIMINALS who'd cut your throat for the price of their next hit are to be cosseted like royalty under the biggest crook of all---DeDumblASSio. It is nothing short of outrageous. I don't care if it's more convenient for families of criminals to get to the courthouse--what about the majority of citizens who have nothing to do with jails and have no family member jailbirds? Do you want a collection of criminals in your neighborhood? And (LMAO), are you just itching to visit retail stores (in areas where lots of them are already shuttered, out of business) attached to JAILS? The whole idea is so fundamentally stupid, it could only have come from the mind of a complete moron and libtard.
