Best go to Muslim countries first as they will not admit you with an Israeli stamp in your passport!
Israel, however, does accomodate by offering to place a blank sheet to stamp that one may remove afterward, so as not to "offend" followers of Islam, who don't wish to be reminded that Jews actually exist in the Middle East!!

First I’ve heard of this...non mussies are banned from Mecca. You may get to Jeddah but that’s it. I used to stay at the Red Sea palace hotel. Featured in the Tom Hanks movie. Hologram for the Kingdom.

The Saudis may issue some tourist visas but I can’t picture them ever allowing any non-Muslim tourists enter Mecca.
