Actually, from my own experience and that of others in the facebook group, the fatigue is usually not enough salt & water, and just plain old not eating enough. Eat until full, not some prescribed portion.
Actually if you eat enough fresh meat and fats you will get all the vitamins you need. Eating *carbs* actually necessitates the need to supplement your vitamins.

Not enough vitamin D, magnesium, and potassium are big issues in fatigue.
Adrenal glands need massive amounts of magnesium.
