I lost 94 lbs of flab from 2015 on a low carb-high fat diet.
My blood sugar was high, so I cut out the bread and pasta for now and been eating mostly leafy vegetables as well as meat, fish and poultry. Sure enough my blood sugar is coming down and I lost a few pounds. And since losing that small amount of weight, still got a ways to go, I actually feel better overall.

Keep doing what you are doing. Please don’t add the poison back into your diet. You will continue to feel better over time, I expect.
