Pennsylvannia State Troopers pull over an urban suspect for suspicion of DUI, get into a massive brawl.
Apparently the man is a paranoid schizophrenic.
The perp seems to take over A FULL MINUTE of non-stop tasering, impeded from fighting only at first.
Both cops seem to perform a full mag dump on the guy.
HE DRIVES AWAY...!

That reminds me of the time I had a friend who once grabbed the spark plug and he couldn’t let go. Another guy had shoved him away from the lawnmower to end his electric shock treatment.
And I'm thinking tat if you could get suck a kick in the ass with just 2 AAA batteries then the power in the industrial sized TAZER that the cops uses can stop the proverbial raging bull!
