It starts with a huge (300+ pgs) memo from Chris Lehane to HRC back in 1995 outlining his imagined orchestrated network of right-wing propaganda pushers. The current leftist media operation to "disappear" conservative sites is directed at making what that theory sees as "key nodes" vanish, becoming desaparecidos. They imagine that the network of conservative opinion-making is fragile enough that taking out a few nodes will silence their opposition.
