“Yesterday, AG Sessions was in Cleveland reporting about putting an end to sources of the horrific drug epidemic. “
I’ve been hearing this bull shit about “the horrific drug epidemic” since the 1960’s.
“Just step down already, Sessions.”
Sessions should have done the right thing along time ago.
The only way this pusillanimous prick could even begin to claw his way back to respect is to fire Mueller and close down that farce.
“Trumps is saying that he appointed Sessions because he was his first significant supporter.”
The swamp plan worked.
So have I. In NE OH, it does seem to be cutting back some, but the past few years were awful. A lot of it was not just young people, but older ones too, getting too fond of pain killers and then becoming addicted to deadly things when they weren't adequate. Narcan is a dilemma....it has saved lives but it hasn't cut into the death total much. It seems a lot of druggies have become less concerned about risk.
One reason you're hearing more of it is that deadly ODs aren't just a ghetto thing anymore.
“What kind of man is this?
Double crossing double agent.
We are beyond Constitutional bounds already....the shooting just hasn’t started yet!
“He has been warned by the leadership of both Houses. “
Has he or is that just D.C. bull shit? I don’t know. But something must be holding him back from such an obvious move.
The house will flip if the Republicans impeach him before the elections...the republican voters will support the president and any congressman or senator that stands with Trump. Trump is not a real politician...he can just go back to his old life...the politicians and the bureaucrats of DC...they have nothing else and know of no other life. That needs to change!
After Trump was elected Mitch McConnell went to the Press and stated he would never allow the Senate to officially recess and allow President Trump the ability to make any recess appointments.
As of now McConnell has used parliamentary tricks to keep the Senate in session for just that reason.
So let them try it right now and lose the election...the Republican voters will not back impeachment. It is a game of double dog dare and Trump has a history of often calling a bluff! This system needs a change!
I used to call McConnell, yertle the turtle, but that was wrong. He’s a snake. ( I have to give him credit for not relenting on Kavanaugh, though. Someone must have milked his fangs that day.
They would have to allow someone to be chosen to run the Department or else all justice work ceases...which might be a good thing for a while.
Give the job to Sean Hannity, he knows all the players, and what needs to be done.
Trust Sessions
Trust Wray
Trust the Plan
More 7D Chess?
You stand proudly with McSally too. You are always for deep state stooges.
The two (Sessions/Trump) continue to have words. If this will help to clean the DOJ deeper and faster, then BY ALL MEANS allow them all the words they need. Sessions, might be a better man than some can comprehend. His recent reversal of these DACA cases seem to be more in line with our laws BB (Before BO’B). Open for discussion as to right/wrong in this assumption.
Just my $.02.
I can relate to the loyalty thing and also regretted having returned the favor. I wonder what the angle of an incompetent and /or back stabber like Sessions is?
Here we go again.
Sessions just today closed down another illegal alien loophole.
Until Trump fires him, I stand proudly with Sessions!
Congress can’t stop him from appointing a replacement, they can only refuse to confirm one. There is a legal method for him to appoint a different acting AG than Rosenstein, who would be able to serve for some time (5 months I think) without confirmation.
After that, if Congress didn’t confirm, Trump could appoint another, and so on. This is a different maneuver than the recess appointment. The only constraint is that he would have to pick someone who has already been through the Senate confirmation process for another Executive branch position, so anyone who already holds an office that requires confirmation would be eligible, including any of the 100+ US Attorneys he has already appointed.
