The GOPe has stated that it won’t allow Trump to appoint another AG if he fires Session.
Then the country can go without a department of Justice for a while...the Executive Branch has it’s own power...Trump nees to use it!
Do they ever officially recess anymore. If they do, he could fire Sessions and appoint another in the middle of the night, before they could object. Recess appointments don’t have to be approved, I’ve heard. Correct me if I’m wrong.
