Seen it one time in Germany.
They call these drivers “Geisterfahrer” or “Ghost driver”.
I guess i could consider it a FIFTH time while sitting at McDonalds on Rt 1 in Dedham MA in the late 70’s while eating my cheeseburger i see this car going by the restaurant up rt 1 in the wrong direction.
hope that TOOL didn’t hurt anybody.
Around 10 yrs ago i hitched a ride home with a buddy after a party and after a stop light took a left turn onto RT 1 towards the wrong direction.
I SCREAMED WTF! he swerved and got back on track.
Yea....he was drinking.
