These sealed indictments. Are they by chance a legal process involving the future arrests of illegals? Would kind of support the numbers and all?

If you mean removal hearings and the normal process that illegals go through- that is a separate system, immigration court with immigration judges. I don’t see how the sealed indictments could be connected to illegals.
I’m late to the party, but I am sure the sealed indictments are not future arrests of illegals.
ICE don’t wait. They arrest as they find them. There might be a small number that they hunt for, but since illegals are very slippery and often use fake names/IDs, I doubt the feds let them run around for long before arresting them.
