I started giving it some credence around the time of the Vegas shooting (remember that?), when Q was talking about Saudi Arabia when no one else was doing so. It wasn't long after that the new Saudi king(?) forcibly took over, which was a pretty significant event.
But, since the beginning of 2018, I've been mostly unimpressed. Pictures of buildings in China - huh? "Now comes the pain" stated by Q at the end of May (or very early June), followed by a nothingburger of a month that included the dud IG report. July was more of the same, with the only significant event from the past 3 months being Strzok's removal.
So yes, call me a Q skeptic at this point. If there is a plan, it isn't a very good one.

Even more importantly This report opened the door to the FISA fraud and abuse which is now center to the investigation. Further again, the IG report was not the full report but rather the modified one as submitted by Rosenstein, and there will be an update to the report.
Before this report, there were rumors and speculation. The IG report is now an official report that allows for and requires official investigations. Legally it is a huge step forward towards prosecuting those that have rigged the process for themselves and against POTUS. The IG report of Jue 2018 is only the beginning but it is already having a huge impact.
There is a ton of grasping at banned plastic straws.
I would love to have this be true, but every time something bad happens the crowd says, “we have them right where we want them.”
Life doesn’t usually work this way. Occam’s razor is usually a good bet.
