hostgator.com is pretty good and have some reasonably priced plans.

With whatever service provider you choose, you will need to log into your domain registrar and change the name servers to point to the new location.

Many domain registrars (such as the one already mentioned—Go Daddy) offer email and hosting services as well.

I do need a web hosting company that will host my email, too. Does gator do that? I don’t see it on their website.

My company's web host did the same thing and we were up and running in less than a day.

Hostgator.

Good people and cheap.
