I have some distant relatives who were both Army brats who planned a career in the Army as well. they each served about 7 years befor meeting and marrying. Bottom line, they each had about 15 years in and decided to "bailout" due to the hostile climate they were being brainwashed to "embrace".

They are doing well in civilian life today but are sad for their old comrades who still put up with the BS that "The One" inflicted upon the military (which continues to today!)

That happened to me once.

I was drummed off my own boat by my girlfriend at the time.

She found the other woman's underwear under the v-berth cushions.
