I don't buy this at all. It looks accidental, if it's anything at all. In fact, the woman doesn't have much breast tissue. It's doubtful that he was aware there was a breast there.

Watch the video. He repeatedly wiggles his finger on the edge of her breast, and she turns to look at his hand doing it. He knew what he was doing, and so did she. She did a very good job of not letting her face show it.

If you watch the video at half speed you’ll probably change your mind. At one point, his fingers get pretty close to the nipple. No way he wouldn’t have noticed.
