Mel’s Hole was one of the great fakes of Art’s show; even better than the making a doomed flight into Area 51.
(Reminds me of the story someone told me recently about a giant, venemous cephalopod discovered in a sub-glacial freshwater lake...)
When I first heard the audio I was intrigued until he started talking about animals coming back from the dead. He took his BS too far. It was still a great way to kill some time.
Mel’s Hole was good, but I liked the “Alien in my Freezer” story better. IIRC that one went on for awhile - with the guy giving updates to Art?
“So this alien killed my dog, and I killed it. What should I do?”
“Hi Art - I’m the guy that killed that alien if you remember? Well I ended up putting him in my freezer.”
I might have it wrong that the story was over numerous evenings - it might have just been one evening. But - it was really entertaining I thought.
