The Handmaid's Tale is just pop fiction like Harry Potter. It's a silly page turner, a "bodice ripper" written by a dried up old leftist skag Margaret Atwood. Why not invoke Harry Potter, or Archie and Betty, or perhaps Nancy Drew and the Clue of the Broken Locket.

Instead of "handmaids", my preference is that they all dress up like Archie's Girls.
