I love the excitement, fellowship and pageantry of a football game, but I won’t be ‘entertained’ by a league that makes insulting my values and dishonoring my flage part of their gameday ceremonies.

Sunday afternoons are better without the NFL. My dog gets more long walks and my lawn is better mowed than ever before. I’ve taken up kayaking. I’ve lost 30 pounds and my A1c is down to 5.5.

Patriotism is still on the menu at most high school and college football games.

Why don’t they have a huge flag burning ceremony at the beginning of each game?

Screw the NFL and the spoiled bastards who play in it. Screw the team owners who didn’t have the sense to stop this before it went too far.

This is nothing more than leftist performance art, and an attempt to rub our faces in the idea that we are powerless to stop them.

Let the Nike Felons League crash and burn under the weight of its own stupidity.

At my alma mater, when the team runs onto the field the two players out front are carrying the American flag & our state flag. Love it!
