There is no fresh, healthy non processed food in those appalling and disgusting recipes-they even look puke-worthy-maybe because I grew up in the country with only fresh food . But we used to beg for potted meat and vienna sausags when I was a kid-that is until my cousin who worked at a meat processing/packing plant in a nearby town told us what was really in there-I’d have to be starving to eat that s*** now...
