Don’t give interviews in which you are consuming adult beverages and toking. It destroys your credibility in a way that sober refutation never could.
The optics were extremely bad.
But not bad optics for a guy who believes he is brilliant and creative enough to offset this stunt by his continued output of new ideas...and then delivers on that.
I think he needs to be removed as CEO of Tesla and replaced by a professional manager. He needs to be moved into a creative, product development position.
