It ain’t 1987 anymore. Most states have legalized marijuana in some form or fashion.
The question of "inappropriate high school behavior" is when is adolescent sexual exploration appropriate? How many movies have been made that explore this topic? We may not even be talking about intercourse here, just sexual body exploration.
