Not good news if you are a lover of “feline fricassee” or grilled dog burgers!

I love other peoples dogs but will pass on their cats.

This would never pass in Bill Clinton’s time, since its well know how much he hungered for cats.

BTW, "fricassee" is French. There's an area of Italy that's big on cat meat dishes.

OTOH, French markets sell rabbit with the head still on to help the consumer make sure it's really rabbit, and not a kitty cat.

And in China, one province holds an annual dog meat fest around the Summer Solstice.
