There would BE no live mascot if Universities focused on EDUCATION instead of football! LSU is a well known party school. Believe me when I tell you that , locally, the football program is ALL that matters! So they worry about a live animal that is well treated and fed but NOT the obsession it represents? Talk about priorities!
Who cares? 100,000 people never show up for a math test. College education has become infected with liberal BS anyway.
