Animal rights activists on Friday asked a Washington County judge to make a ruling that would be the first of its kind in the nation: Allow a once-neglected and severely malnourished horse to sue its owner.

The horse is not suing. Saying it doesn’t make it so. The sad part is that one day some idiot judge is going to take a case, and then the non-human rights wackos will call it a precedent.
Gonna be fun when cockroaches are given “rights” by an insane legal system. Won’t happen? first it will be dogs. Then cats and horses. Then whales and elephants. Then flies and maggots.
