The woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault came forward with her explosive allegations on Sunday, saying the supposed attack "derailed me substantially for four or five years" and claiming that the episode rendered her "unable to have healthy relationships with men."
The woman, Christine Ford, is a professor at Palo Alto University, according to The Washington Post, which published her account on Sunday. Her decision to go public caps a whirlwhind week that began when Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., sent shockwaves through Washington by releasing a statement saying she turned over information about Kavanaugh from an anonymous accuser to the FBI.
Ford, a 51-year-old registered Democrat who has published in academic journals and trains students in clinical psychology, described the alleged incident on Sunday, saying it occurred at a Maryland house gathering. Ford claimed she headed upstairs to a bathroom when she was suddenly pushed onto a bed, as rock-and-roll music blared.

That is exactly what you want to say. it was 36 years ago, she was drunk, nothing relevant happened. You don't need to scream "liar" to make that case.
It’s not a fabricated memory. SHE WAS IN COUPLES COUNSELING. You know and I know this was about her not granting her husband some cuddles. SHE PULLED THIS ONE INCIDENT OUT OF HER PAST and was using it to excuse herself.
And it must have been the worst incident IN her past. Holy crap. Really nothing compared to many other women.
They got desperate! They accusation was dying a deserved death! They need to put a face to it to give it legs.
So, why did DiFi set on the letter for months? She supposedly received it in June.
Did this ‘victim’ ever file charges or contact police?
Basically, it is a ‘he said, she said’ and apparently Kavanaugh has one more witness than she has.
Ford is a DNC and Bernie donor.
The other person she says was in the room denies any attack ever took place.

Reveal every lunatic who called that tip line. If Schumer/Feinstein/DNC vetted every loon and settled on this one as the best of a bad bunch of bad apples, then show this one against the broad brush of all the rotten apples that surely flooded that line.

You are exactly right. So, what gives Murkowski more cover to vote for Kananaugh, attacking the accuser as a liar (even though she passed a lie detector, and recounted the story in 2012), or saying high school antics aren't worth considering. People here are super anxious to push the liar angle, and it is gonna backfire.

Drunk teenagers groping and wanting sex is more common than uncommon. No crime was reported 35 years ago because this was normal behavior.

I can drive you right to every location I ever visited in my youth and tell you everything that happened accurately, with no problem of “not recalling” whether parents were present and whose house it was or whatever. Seems to me she was quite the party animal, and what she does remember is highly suspect.
Her memory of this might just have been wishful thinking.
As a friend said the other day it’s says a lot more for her moral standards than it does for his. Attending an unchaperoned party is expecting or hoping for some action. A young woman with morals don’t attend!
Would be interested to hear from other young men just how available she made herself.
