Back on a PC from tiny smartphone last night. Although all of the really bright white lights are stars in our own galaxy, I'm a little confused on that labeled image I referred to. Because there are objects there which obviously are galaxies yet they're not labeled. For example, the spiral galaxy in the image you apparently are referring to isn't labeled in the labeled image, as aren't a bunch of others. Both images are posted again below. I'll try to find the source and see what they say there.
The spiral galaxy in the pic above isn't labeled in the labeled image below. It's on the far left, about 1/3rd of the way up from the bottom. Notice the many other galaxies that aren't labeled.
