This just in: Astronomers have received some transmissions from the newly discovered planet. Among the many great things of the original series is its music which is head and shoulders above the bland vanilla music of the other series. That battle music used in multiple episodes besides Amok Time and Spock's mind meld music were integral parts of a scene, not just background. TNG, Voyager, and Enterprise all had Vulcan mind melds and each time I was completely deflated that Spock's music was not used.
