LOL...: I remember large family holiday gatherings at my In-Laws home (2BR 1 Bath). The females got the bathroom..., all us males got the "Auxiliary Bathroom" (a large oak tree in the backyard)! Did the peeing man miss the flower beds and hit the sidewalk or someone? Did the complainant ask his peeing neighbor “hey what’s up man” and wait for an answer (like I can’t hold it anymore and my mom won’t give up the bathroom).

I agree that wanton “public urination” can, in extreme cases be a public nuiciance worhty of legal sanction. The majority of time it is a victimless crime pursued when necessity dictates.

Peeing off the back porch is actually a thing many natives do. I lived there in the 90’s and multiple guys I worked with did it every morning.
