Yes they can. If you want to pay, they can make anything of any quality. We only get to see cheap for the most part. I can promise you they are capable of a lot, lot more.
I only bring that up in that I don’t trust those commie bastards ... they’re good at engineering things other people design to any kind of cost, quality, etc. specification.
Never underestimate those pinkos. Ever. Their high end stuff is not bad.
