Yes, a Swiss psychiarist called it societal psych Nevrosis replacing the old time religion based nevrosis. He termed it the Nevropsy. It goes so insane that a nurse in his hospital was blamed for causing a patient raping her because she had triggered responsibilizing behaviors instead of treating the patient as a patient.
Since freedom of speech has been suppressed for at least the last three decades, how much cultural change like this should just be thrown in the dumpster?
