Ford has to have asked for immunity from prosecution...

It is beginning to be obvious that Ford has asked for immunity from prosecution (for perjury) as it is becoming apparent that she is lying. SEVERAL supposed witnesses have no recollection of the party. She has to have asked for immunity from prosecution for what she is trying to do.

She is never going to testify. Never. The first question would be “Let me see if I understand you correctly. You are here to tell us about a time when you were inebriated in a house where there were no adults present and you voluntarily got on a bed with two teenaged boys who were also inebriated? Is that correct?” BTFO.

She’s a grown woman and a college professor - if she’s lies under oath she should pay the same price as any other citizen.

Democrats used her to the Max and the sooner she accepts that fact the better of she will be.
I still feel if Kavanaugh cant do it,some one, anyone in the scenario needs to sue her into oblivion and ruin her

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again...even if Ford isn’t lying ( though I doubt it...I think this is all BS)...I DON’T CARE...I was a hormone-addled maniac at 17 but the me at 45 is nothing like the me at that age. Kananaugh has had a spotless record and and deserves fair treament. IMHO this is all just TDS and Hilliay-got-her-ass-kicked vengeance. BTW how’s the FBI investigation of Ellison proceeding? Not to mention many others.

Even if she has not asked for immunity she would not be prosecuted. That’s just a political reality.

Yup — she is untouchable.

It is beginning to be obvious that Ford has asked for immunity from prosecution (for perjury) b/c it is
increasingly apparent that she is lying. To date, five witnesses SHE herself named have no recollection of the party.

Ford also admits that:
a) she was drunk as a skunk,
b) she doesn’t know where the party was held,
c) she doesn’t know the date of the party,
d) she doesn’t know how she got to the party, and,
e) she doesn’t know how she got home....

==========================================

QUOTING DR LOFTUS, EMINENT MEMORY EXPERT: “It is certainly possible that it wasn’t quite as frightening or as violent
as she now describes it, as a violent attempted rape. It’s possible that it got more extreme in the course of her thinking about it.”

And the more she thought of a Republican pro-life Catholic on the USSC, the more violent her memories of the incident surfaced.
We may learn from Ford's now-flowering "repressed memory:"

<><> her attacker was heavily armed, had an AK-47 strapped to his back,

<><> pointed a snub-nosed Luger at her demanding she submit,

<><> was not into diversity,

<><> hated kale and green smoothies,

<><> tortured animals,

<><> refused to name the nearest abortion clinic in case she got pregnant

<><> and the most horrific.......

<><> insisted she use a plastic straw.

I agree with most of what you posted there, except I don’t believe the Democrats really thought Kavanaugh would bail.

Point taken. I'll rephrase to say that some may not have thought he would bail, they sure as hell hoped he would.

I'm no lawyer, but it seems to be that suing for defamation when you are a sitting U.S. Supreme Court justice must be legally impossible.

I am a lawyer and it's perfectly possible.

Why bother if you’re going to give her a license to lie?

The most damning evidence against Dr. Ford is the absence of any men from her high school years defending her honor and integrity.

There were 75 women who held a press conference attesting to the Judge Kavanaugh’s fine character and respectful treatment of women. All of them had known him a long time, some since high school.

It is the dog that did not bark!

Exactly right. Almost everyone did stupid things in our youth that was not criminal. Teenagers groping each other is not criminal. It is not who we are now.

There is a reason so-called lie-detector tests are NOT admissible in court.

One cannot get immunity from perjury on the matter to which one is testifying. It would be nonsensical: “I swear to testify truthfully, but you cannot prosecute me if I lie.”
