Excellent point, but I don't see how anyone other than the "other boy in the room" would necessarily have a strong case here. In fact, your post just triggered a point in my mind. Check out this thread from last night:
Ford Attorney Responds to Her Friend Not Corroborating the Assault Story
Look what is happening here. One week ago, Debra Katz was demanding an FBI investigation and subpoenas for these 3-4 witnesses who would allegedly corroborate Ford's story. Now she's posting a message on Twitter in the middle of the night making excuses for why one of those witnesses can't corroborate the story.
Katz isn't negotiating with the Senate Judiciary Committee to get Ford's testimony on the record anymore. She's desperately trying to save her client from legal exposure in criminal and civil court.
Mark Judge easily has the best case against her (and likely the Democrats Soros money machine would be on the hook to pay up for her, another little delicious treat). She accused him of participating in multiple felonies, some violent. He has to be seriously pissed. I would be.
And the best part for Judges case against her - he already has the same iron-clad lock from the witnesses that Kavanaugh has. His case against her, as a private person, never in the public eye, is as much a slam dunk as weve ever seen before. He could literally take every penny she has, for the rest of her sorry, sordid life.
