IMHO, the fact that she and her lawyer have repeatedly tried to get the FBI to investigate makes it that much more serious, and she should be prosecuted for lying. The letter she wrote became a legal document once she put it in Diane Feinswine's hands, and can be subpoenaed as evidence in a court of law.
