Here’s the big krater, from the Vix burial in Burgundy, France — details shown in other photos include crested helmets. The archival photo used in the video I saw this morning showed a conservator working on the vase while *inside* the vase.

YouTube assumes that about everyone, but still include assorted Trump-bashing excerpts from late night TV all-talk shows.
That's why, even today, you have ship propellers made of bronze
Were their skulls inside the helmets?
You've been watching that show The Vikings again, haven't you? ;^)
The Simpsons show when at a football game a helmet flew off and landed in Cletus’s lap and he was disappointed that it was empty. Game of Thrones writer probably stole the idea.
My pleasure. Seconds on what PapaBear3625 said; brass and bronze were used in various moving parts in steam locomotives because ferrous parts would turn to irregularly ruined crap from oxidation. Instead, the soft parts had to be swapped out a lot, the metal recycled into new parts. The transition to diesel-electric locomotives led to a drop in jobs in the railhead in Denver (that's from the creaky floorboards part of the memory attic).
Game of thrones... here’s a topic just crying out to be posted:

Bronze oxidation forms a protective layer that preserves the metal.......................
A patina, which only adds to the value of sculptures or other art works. So I’ve been told.
Yes, and don’t you dare ‘polish it up’!............The museum director would have a heart attack!.................
