Wait a minute, according to the yearbook it’s, “Anne Daugherty’s - I survived the FFFFourth of July” So why would Anne Daugherty (place or person)hold a “find them,... etc.” party? I rather doubt it. The “FFFF” is most likely a way to emphasize the date nothing more.

Spent 12 years working with the yearbook advisor in a local high school through 2010. The yearbook staff always wrote the copy. After the important stuff, sports, band, plays, clubs. The staff would add the things the student was known for. I look at the way the copy was written. A lot of the stuff seems to be written to “embarrass” Kavanaugh which would be typical of a high school yearbook.
Maybe with a smaller graduating class or with a prep academy that was the norm, but I know from experience and that of my kids who were in parochial schools, they did not write their own copy. It was too much of a risk for the advisor who had the responsibility for content. And our yearbooks also had to be proofed by the principal prior to publication.

I agree. But that sleaze making the accusation is touting it as a stand alone phrase. I do think some of the references could be to drinking which would be fairly typical in those days. I also know that yearbook captions were often done as jokes and to shock the adults reading them. But there is nothing that any SANE person would believe referred to a secret gang rape club.
There is nothing embarrassing in his yearbook. You’re over thinking this WAY too much.
