Avenetti reportedly alleges Kavenaugh participated in multiple gang rapes?
Does anyone really believe that this could happen without someone...one of the victims, the parents of the victims, contacting the police? And does anyone believe that this would not have been discovered in the six background investigations conducted by the govt through checking police records and interviewing neighbors, friends, former employees of Kavanaugh?
I conducted background investigations for the Dept. of Defense for 7 years and the chances that something as serious as this would not be discovered through interviews or law enforcement record checks would be close to zero.
Kavanaugh needs to sue this guy for millions.

I don’t think this is believable at all, and the democrats might have massively overplayed their hand here.
Apparently there were many media outlets aware of the Ramirez allegation, but New Yorker magazine was the only one willing to run with it. I guess they figure they’ve covered their asses by explicitly stating that every “witness” Ramirez named has denied her story.
Agreed. I hope Judge Kavanaugh sues them all and takes the highest awards possible. I hope that he does so for his fellow Americans everywhere. Legally, it would certainly give us a protective influence and stop much of the trouble from false accusations.

On the bright side, the claims are so over-the-top, that they will be easy to dismiss if the Republicans will get out there and defend Kavanaugh. I suspect we won’t see that, they get their Never Trump wish of embarrassing Trump, and we lose an incredible Justice. Do they think Trump will get better reception next time around. Maybe they want to lose a few colleagues, let Trump get impeached? Neuter him for their own ends?
