The whole thing is hyperbole. It’s as if he’s actually using it to SUPPORT Kavanaugh. He’s exposing the absurdity of the whole thing.

I wonder whether Avenatti is a tool of the dems and part of the "smear Kavanaugh" conspiracy; or if he is acting as a rogue agent. His BS is so over the top that I wonder if even the dems are doing face palms over the ridiculousness of his claims.

I think he is a rogue agent. Does not like Ford and Ronan Farrow etc getting more publicity than he is. This Kavanaugh story has sent his Stormy Daniels charade to the back burner in the news so here he comes with a new bit of diet to put himself back on CNN.
