A burgeoning lost fatherhood movement has become involved in pro-life activism, with post-abortive men carrying signs at the annual March for Life proclaiming I Regret Lost Fatherhood. Men dont like to admit they have a problem, but there are a lot of guys out there who are really hurting, explained Bruce Mulligan, a hospital administrator from Minnesota who struggles with the emotional impact of the abortion of an unplanned pregnancy he and his wife decided to undergo 37 years ago.
Dr. Vincent Rue, a psychologist who has long experience with abortions effects on men, spoke at a Reclaiming Fatherhood conference. He wrote in an article called The Effects of Abortion on Men, Men do grieve following abortion, but they are more likely to deny their grief or internalize their feelings of loss. . . "
In Abortion Clinics and Waiting Room Men: Sociological Insights, Arthur B. Shostak, Emeritus Professor of Sociology at Drexel University and the first social scientist to publish a study on the effects of abortion on men, wrote together with two co-authors, While one would not know this from media and social science neglect, about 600,000 men (male partners in ill-timed and unwanted pregnancies) accompanied a client to her abortion appointment last year (about half of all abortion-seeking women generally have a man sitting by in the clinic or doctors waiting room).
A Los Angeles Times poll found that two-thirds of men surveyed who were the fathers of aborted children felt guilt, one-third feeling regret.
The post-abortive trauma of many men may lie not only in psychological factors, but in physiological ones... 90 percent of men develop at least one pregnancy-related symptom when living with a pregnant partner... hormone changes in expectant fathers therefore the same hormones that are changing in an expectant mother."

from email re: Gosnell movie.
Planned Parenthood are holding a posh $400 Gala Dinner at the Hyatt Hotel in Austin where they are honoring their former President Cecile Richards.
So we have decided to have a simultaneous screening of the Gosnell Movie at the same time in the same hotel.
As you know we wanted to tell the Gosnell story because it is crucial that the truth is told.
Well now we are going to bring that truth to where its really needed. We are going to show Planned Parenthood and their friends in the mainstream media that there is an appetite in Texas for the truth to be told.
And unlike Planned Parenthood we wont charge you $400 to see Gosnell - The Trial of Americas Biggest Serial Killer. It is free - you just have to register here. Alfonzo Rachel who stars in the movie will be presenting the event which is being hosted by the Texas Alliance for Life.
Below are the details of the event. Its really important that we get a crowd. Planned Parenthood and the media will be watching. We need to show the world that there is an appetite for the truth in Austin, Texas.
Event Date
September 29, 2018
Event Time
6 pm
Location
Hyatt Regency Austin 208 Barton Springs Rd. Austin, TX 78704

Good for them. Yes, they have a small (and fun!) part in the conception process, but that does not mean they don’t like helping their wives through the pregnancy and look forward to becoming dads.
There is a reason God made it so that two are needed to make a child.
I will never forget how my husband had tears in his eyes (and probably cried but hid it) when our son and daughter were born.
We have our own marital problems, but I could never have asked for a better father to my children.

Lived in Austin for a while. It is a college town, so I hope they have security. It may not have been the best choice for a locale.
OMG...the same hotel? Get ready for some action, Austin PD. Godspeed.
Just got email hotel cut them out-no previewing.
Planned Parenthood forces cancellation of Gosnell screening
Dear Supporters,
Well they have done it again!
I wanted you to be the first to know that the Hyatt Hotel in Austin has caved to Cecile Richards and her Planned Parenthood thugs and cancelled the Gosnell Movie screening in their hotel.
We were so looking forward to screening Gosnell: The Trial of Americas Biggest Serial Killer as Planned Parenthood held their $400 a plate gala dinner nearby. It gave a real choice to the people of Austin. Many had already registered to attend the screenings and we were receiving dozens of new RSVPs every day. But now thanks to the bullying of Planned Parenthood and the cowardice of the Hyatt they wont get to see the Gosnell Movie and the truth about abortion.
Yup just learned about the cancellation too. My sis was planning to go.
In response, we must up the ante in terms of waging spiritual battle/praying for Justice Kavanaugh’s confirmation and for pro-life conservatives to retain control of Congress.
And for you Texans: that Senator Cruz *cruise* onto re-election and spare us all from the Betty Boop O’Rourke nonsense.
A definite shaming and boycott of that hotel chain is warranted.
Great news! I was worried about this.
At this point I think prayer is oUr only answer. Tonigghgthsmall prayer tonight for the fut,u 58re of the US. Thegreatest country o
